This is an ongoing promotion with no closing date. Missing Hotel holds two drawings a year, roughly six months apart. Once you have entered, you stay entered for every drawing that follows, for as long as you remain subscribed. There is nothing to re-enter.
Enter using the giveaway sign-up form at missinghotel.com, giving a first name and an email address. That form is the entry. One entry per email address, and no booking or payment is required at any point. Making a booking neither adds entries nor improves your chances.
Joining Missing Hotel's email list by another route, such as a booking enquiry, does not by itself enter you in the drawing.
Everyone who was entered in the 1 September 2026 drawing and has not since unsubscribed remains entered in the 1 March 2027 drawing, with nothing to do and no need to enter again.
Entrants receive marketing emails from Missing Hotel and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing removes you from future drawings.
Each drawing has a cutoff. Everyone entered as at that cutoff goes into that drawing, and anyone who enters afterwards goes into the next one. Dates for future drawings are published on this page.
Completed: 1 September 2026. Cutoff 31 August 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. 645 entries. Entries for that drawing were: subscribers who had already confirmed they wished to enter; subscribers who entered by clicking the entry link in Missing Hotel's emails sent before 31 August 2026; and subscribers who joined the list after those emails and before the cutoff.
Next: 1 March 2027. Cutoff 28 February 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Open to everyone who enters using the sign-up form before that cutoff, plus everyone entered in the September 2026 drawing who is still subscribed.
Open to anyone aged 18 or over who is subscribed to Missing Hotel's email list. Entrants under 18 may claim only through a parent or legal guardian. Employees, owners and contractors of Missing Hotel, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Travel to and from the property is not included in the prize, so entrants should consider whether they are able to take the prize before entering.
Two consecutive nights for two guests in one of Missing Hotel's treetop domes (Sabi, Vagary or Morii) in Marble Falls, Texas, assigned by Missing Hotel. The prize includes the nightly rate and all applicable taxes and fees.
The prize does not include travel to or from the property, meals, experiences, or anything not stated above. Approximate retail value: $1,238, based on rates published on 31 August 2026. One prize per drawing, one winner per drawing.
The stay must be taken within twelve months of the drawing date and is subject to availability, with dates arranged directly with Missing Hotel. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The winner is chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries. Every eligible entry is assigned a sequential number, and RANDOM.ORG's Integer Set Generator then produces three different numbers in a single draw. The first is the winner. The second and third are alternates, used in that order if an earlier winner cannot be contacted, is not eligible, or declines the prize.
Each drawing is screen-recorded, and Missing Hotel keeps a record of the entry count, the numbers drawn and the time of the drawing.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants at the cutoff for that drawing.
The winner is notified by email at the address used to enter, and must reply within 48 hours of that notification. If the winner does not reply within that time, cannot be contacted, is not eligible, or declines the prize, Missing Hotel may allow additional time or move to the next alternate drawn under clause 6.
All entrants are notified by email when a drawing has taken place.
Entering does not oblige the winner to take part in any publicity. Missing Hotel asks for the winner's written permission before using their name, and announces the winner without a name if permission is not given.
Missing Hotel uses entrants' names and email addresses to run this promotion and to send marketing emails. Entrant email addresses are never published, sold or shared with third parties. Full details are in Missing Hotel's privacy policy.
The winner is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes arising from the prize. The value of this prize is below the IRS information-reporting threshold, so no Form 1099-MISC is issued and no taxpayer identification number is collected.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform on which it may be promoted.
Missing Hotel may suspend or end this promotion, or change these rules, where it is reasonably necessary to do so, and will publish any change on this page. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a drawing that has already taken place. If any part of these rules is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Burnet County, Texas.
