Additional Guests Only Registered Guests Are Permitted on the Property
Pet Policy MISSING welcomes all well-behaved dogs for an additional $75 per dog to help us do a little extra cleaning and sanitizing. We do request you keep your dog attended at all times, and when outside on leash to keep them safe as the property is large (100 acres) and can be disorienting.
No Smoking We do not permit smoking within our accommodations. A sanitization fee of $500 will be charged where smoking occurs within a guest room.
Taxes All guest expenses are subject to any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to state, local, occupancy, and sales taxes.
Rates and Minimum Length of Stay Requirements Our rates vary by room type, availability, day of the week and season; weekends are typically in high demand. We may apply a requirement for a minimum length of stay during high demand periods.
Non-Arrival Should you fail to arrive on the scheduled day of your reservation, your room will be held until the following day in case you have been unforeseeably delayed and are unable to contact us. Should you not arrive the next day your reservation will be cancelled and the total accommodation charge which will be applied to your credit card. After check-in, should you shorten your stay, full payment will be forfeited.
Cancellations Full refunds for cancellations are available up to 30 days before check-in. If you've booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refunds are offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund will be applied up to 7 days before check-in.
Children No unaccompanied minors on the property.
Arrival and Departure Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Accepted Payment Methods All major credit cards are accepted. Direct bookings will be charged the full amount inclusive of any and all taxes and fees at the time of booking.
Parties Hotel quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m., nightly. Please no loud noise, loud music, loud voices. Noise levels should be at an acceptable level as judged by the other guests and MISSING. If MISSING receives a noise complaint, we will only give one warning to quieten down. Receiving a second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave without refund.
Damages and/or Removal of Property We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent or rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any postage charges to the payment method on file, regardless of the time this may come to light.
Property Use Property may not be used for any commercial activity, event, illegal or otherwise
Disputes and Claims Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these hotel policies shall come under the jurisdiction of the state of Texas.
